Law Faculty Present at National Law School Meeting

In January, several law school faculty members gave presentations at the Association of American Law Schools Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Professor Paige Kohn presented “Using Netflix to Teach Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”

Professor Rachel Janutis presented “Teaching Remedies in Contentious Times”

Professor Melinda Molina presented “Poverty Law Pedagogy”

Professor Brad Smith presented “Big Money Unleashed: Author-Meets-Reader with Ann Southworth”

Professor Jenny Wondracek presented “Academic Integrity and Technology: What to Do About AI” and “The AI Era: Leveraging Large Language Models to Improve the Lawyer’s Craft”

Additionally, Professor Brittany Deitch served on AALS Committee to Review Scholarly Papers.

Law School Dean Reynaldo Valencia said that the many presentations were “a great demonstration of CapLaw pride, intellect, and hard work – we were a show of force!”
